We all enjoyed a banquet on Saturday night. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The waiter was most attentive and took my allergies into account when choosing the food. It was a lovely experience.

foods are OK. The staffs are all nice and polite, but heard that the female owner of this restaurant constantly fire their staffs in short term by ridiculous reasons. as a business woman, I firmly not encourage this situation.

I feel let down, we went there last year and it felt like Christmas staff were helpful and polite. They couldn't do enough it was a wonderful day. So we decided to go back this year, they deleted our booking, then when finally sat down we were rushed through all courses to the point we felt completely sick and didn't feel that we had time to enjoy the courses. It was very much more expensive which is fine thou we spent 130.00 in total, we asked for a taxi could be booked they refused saying sorry busy and walked off. Shame because it was traditional for us but now won't be going back

If I could give this place zero I would me and my wife were looking for something to eat as we were starving around 5:30pm and really wanted a Chinese as it was given great reviews, once inside it wasn't very busy and asked if we could have a table for 2 after the waitress was deciding another person(manager maybe) then said they were fully booked for which I replied we wouldn't be very long and it was our wedding anniversary and nobody arrived in the 10 mins we were waiting so we left feeling as it was only for 2 people they wouldn't make much money from us. Well we walked back into town and found another place to eat and that was superb.

My uncle owned this restaurant in the early/mid 1990s, my grandparents lived in one of the top floor flats too, it's a place that's near and dear to my heart so obviously I'm going to be a bit biased! Fast forward to October 2017 and not much has changed. The atmosphere is nice and the food is still great
