Plymouth Pizza Hut really do their best in customer satisfaction. Rather if it is takeout or dining in. The restaurant has always been clean inside and outside the building. We never fail to have a great experience at any time we frequent the business. The salad bar appears clean and fresh. The servers are all friendly & attentive to our table's needs.
I went there specifically for the salad bar. We waited a long time to get our order taken with one server not even properly dressed in a uniform. We wanted the salad bar but because of the salad bar being empty and the food was disgusting. The peppers and the tomatoes were pure mush the mushrooms were Brown salad dressings were low and the server spent most of her time in the back. I mentioned to the fact that we were getting the salad bar and nothing was done. The previous employee who had just left should have made sure that the salad bar was taken care of and was ready for the next shift that wasn't done I've called around looking for restaurants for a salad bar I drove from the Michigan State line to Plymouth in order just to get the salad bar I'm sorry if I could give you a minus five stars I would
The server we had, Joyce, was fabulous! She was on top of drink refills, asked how everything was. If there was a way of giving her a review I would rave about her service and how she handled my table with elegance, grace and overall sweetness
The usual chain store. The staff were really nice and kind. For a change we didn’t eat pizza there, but ordered the pasta dish. It was not as good as the pizzas and I feel it was made from frozen stuff.
Best experience I've had in quite awhile at this place, Denise was our server, very nice, friendly, pizza was good, not as good as it was in the 80's/90's there but definitely better then previous experiences.
Deep Dish Meat Lovers Pizza was Fresh and Hot. Service was Friendly and Order was Accurate. Bathrooms were well kept .
Best Pizza Hut around!! Super friendly staff and nice old school layout! Pizza is always fresh and made to order and salad bar is always fresh, clean and well stocked!
Was very busy however we walked in and the sign said " please wait to be seated" but no one ever spoke to us as the waitresses kept walking right past my family and I after standing there for about 20 mins. Other people were coming in and just sitting down and the waitress then said it would be a 45 min wait mind you there were plenty of tables open, we left
Service is great and the staff are winderful but the food has changed thought the years and this is not the pizza hut I grew up with
The font guy is real good at his job! He's courteous and will go out of his way to help you. I don't like pizza hut food but I do deliveries for ez run and I pick up there a lot and the service deserves 5 stars.
