Love the cheese crust pizza here. They have plenty of vegetarian options for pizza and sides. They have quite few amazing deals. Their Beyond fake meat pizzas are amazing. They are conveniently located on sidwell street and do delivery’s around Exeter very quickly. Daylight robbery to charge a delivery fee. Food was “out for delivery” by 7.15pm. Rocked up @ 7.48pm, despite living less than a 5min drive away. Food turned up warm, not hot, unsurprisingly. No apology from the driver, and Customer Service response was entirely lacklustre. We knew the order would take a while from when we ordered as it was busy, but what a shambles it descended into.
Terrible customer service experience!!!!! 17/11/2022 I ordered pizza deal tonight from sidwell street outlet. The driver called to find out directions which I gave him but clearly he was somehow confused or not listening or distracted. He hung up on me, I called the outlet and spoke to a person called Carmen who displayed appallingly shocking customer service 1. She accused me of being rude to the delivery guy which I wasn't, she couldn't say exactly what was rude that I said to him 2. Then she threatened to hang up on me because I was rude to her...apparently I was raising my voice at her. Something I could also accuse her of as she was strenuously accusing me of rudeness to the driver. 3.When I told her their customer service was appalling considering her accusations and threat and not even thinking she should listen to my view she said the driver has hearing impediment and couldn't hear me and so was not comfortable to deliver to me... quickly changed the story from me being rude to the driver not feeling comfortable to deliver to me 4. Probably the worst of all, when I asked for her name and she told me and I spelt it just to be sure I heard right, she burst out laughing and commented sarcastically that I got the spelling right!!! That was so disrespectful!! They totally ruined the evening for our guest who we ordered the pizza for. TBH I am actually scared of eating the pizza, how do i know she has spat on it?
Ordered a pizza only for them to have the wrong number so when they tried delivery they rang the wrong number and we were left clueless due to no tracking. This lead us to waiting an extra hour and half for pizza due to the delivery driver just moving on without delivery. When we rang to See what the issue was poor customer service trying to blame us for their mistakes. Would not recommend
Absolute abysmal service. Ordered a delivery at 12.30 to be told delivery would be at 3pm. Rung up the store to be given a rude and abysmal excuses on why they couldn't give the order. He was rude and refused to give his name due to how rude he was. Wouldn't give us a time that it could of been delivered. Dreadful service and was constantly mouthing off on the phone and just being rude. Can't believe this was the case and I would like to be contacted of this because of the issue with the member of staff!!!!!
Sad to say that this was not a good dinner. We have had vegan gluten free Pizza Hut 'up north' and loved it. However, this take away puzza was only able to be vegan as they put no cheese alternative on it, as they don't stock it So it was very dry and not very filling...and was pretty bland. Also, the gluten free pizza base was tiny! Both my children could have eaten two of them...if they had tasted nice. After eating it al fresco, we walked away feeling hungry. So we won't be eating it again. Very disappointed. Perhaps it is better when you eat in like we did 'up north', but as they have closed the Exeter restaurant except for takeaways and deliveries, this is not going to be an option. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free base is TINY! And only able to offer vegan as they replace animal cheese with...nothing! No alternative to cheese offered at all. So tiny, dry, bland, boring...and overall disappointing.
Had some issues ordering online so called the store. Samantha was more than helpful, even given my awkward order with a number of substitutions. Thanks!Food: 5/5
Rubbish customer service. Carmen was VERY unhelpful when we rang back to tell them that we found 2 pieces of HAIR in our food. She thought she was bigman and told us time come back to show them the hair. She got loud man and said wasnt going to send some delivery man to give us proper pizza. Do NOT order from this brain dead branch. They didn't make their pizza with effort and it was BARE dry. Also don't buy from this branch unless u want some hairy food
Really enjoyed our pizzas, cooked perfectly and so yummyFood: 5/5
food poisoning for days. also some middle aged lady was dancing to tiktok songs in the toilets so there was a long queue.
