Pizzas ordered for a party for my son at 530pm. I was informed that pizzas would be with me by 6.05pm, by 630pm nothing, rang shop to be told will be with you any minute now. 15 mins later nothing rang again to be told should be there by now, no apology offered. A few mins later it did arrive, driver gave me some faff about the house numbers being difficult to work out. Never a problem for any other delivery we have. Tbf pizzas were hot, but one was slightly burnt. I complained via pizza hut website and did get an apology from them and a gift voucher of £10, which is better than nothing, but at the same time a bit insulting when I had spent nearly £30. Need to improve their service and customer focus otherwise I don't think it will be around for long....poor!

They will happily take your order, utterly fail to deliver on any of their promises, agree in writing to a refund via customer service, and then they won't actually refund your card.

Came in 30minutes. Nice food and the delivery person was very friendly. My drink was cold too which was a bonus.

Good experience with staff and order time as estimated . Much , much cheaper than eating at there bad restaurant with collection , with the nicest pizzas . Pub opposite also don't have issue with taking it in and having a beer to wash it down .

Any good review that has been submitted about this particular business is clearly a lie made up by members of staff who work there. I had pizza, fully loaded wedges and garlic bread. It was bland, messy, overcooked, dry, freezing cold, all the topping fell off, and extra added hair which I do not recall requesting. I will never order from this store again, it was shocking and disgusting. I would go back and ask for my money back but i am unable to do this as i was not provided a recipt. I wonder if this is because of the amount of people who would ask for their money back. I also saw members of staff eating pizza in the kitchen whilst waiting for my pizza, it makes you wonder if they make the pizza that bad so it will be returned and they can then stand and eat it without giving a good customer experience.
