Brilliant Wetherspoons, probably the best one we have been in. Perfectly adapted Picture House, all original features preserved, very impressive. Food excellent, service the same. Older lady very attentive, asked us if food was ok etc. Will call again. Toilets were also spotless.
Lovely pub set in a converted cinema, with a lot of the original features. Films on a big screen on certain evenings was a nice change, but would have to sit nearer the speaker next time. Food was quick and delicious. Staff quick to clear away. Friendly service and bar areas kept clean

What a fantastic building, thank you Wetherspoon for restoring and retaining our heritage. Beautiful features. Nice light and airy. The beer garden was spoilt by smokers using the no smoking areas. Had a pepperoni pizza which was very nice, great value as usual. Staff were nice and efficient. Building and tables looked clean.
You know what you’re getting at a spoons. This one didn’t disappoint. The staff were very friendly and even attentive! Swapped beans out for an egg… even offered to get a spoon for my daughter to make it easier for her to finish her meal. What a great bunch they’ve got working here. Well done Stafford! Big up to Stone Spoons as well, they’re always on point.
