Bunch of liars. Especially when you ask for delivery. Ordered twice and were 30 + mins late than the delivery time given by them. Food is good though.

Ordered crispy chicken fries rice and it was really nice .. have ordered the same meal again three times and they have sent chicken fried rice. First time I assumed mistake but for it to happen 3 times is rediculous. Poor service.

They said food would be fourty mins. They took over two hours and lied twice on the phone saying it was on its way AVOID THIS RESTAURANT

Fabulous food never had a problem with lotus house and been using these for years food is always hot and very tasty especially my favourite chicken chow mein cannot fault . Keep it up guys

Always used lotus house. But today showed up 2 hrs late and was stone cold and seriously uneatable was forced to throw it away. After being on the phone to them for the 4th time they put it down to a delivery issue but no refund given very pissed off. I even offered to drop it back off to tthe to taste..
