Very good! Went for a small mixed grill with garlic naan and chips whilst staying over for work. Comes out sizzling and smoking. Really good authentic North Indian flavours, will visit again if up here again for sure and maybe try one of the main dishes because it looks good.
Has soon as you walk in the typical pub " pool table , bar , TV screens on 2 different walls " but a great smell coming from the other side of the pub . Lucky we had booked as very busy Saturday night ! Very friendly and helpful staff , very large menu with a lot of choice if you don't like Indian food.Food: 4/5
Beautiful food, served with a warm welcome and a smile. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The prices are reasonable. We will go again. Vegetarian options: Good choice of vegetarian foods, although we didn't have any.
Freshly cooked extra large mixed grill served from 14:30 on Saturdays washed down with a cold pint of cobra beer. Delicious and spicy.Food: 5/5
This place might not look like the Ritz, but the real ale is usually good, and the Indian food is very tasty indeed. If you are local then certainly worth visiting.
The food is delicious! Well priced and fresh. The only let down is the general ambience of the place - the decor lets it down. But not enough to keep away - the food is that good!
Literally half restaurant and half pub. The food is very nice and at an OK price. The pub side is very loud even with only a few people in due to all the hard surfaces in there. Decor needs a rethink in the pub half
