Ordered my pizza at 19.20 and was delivered at 21.10 on a Monday! They had obviously made the pizza when I ordered it though, as the dough was tough and the pizza was cold. My husband rang up to complain and was greeted with "what's the issue?" As we had eaten half of one pizza, there were four of us and we all took a piece, they offered to refund half our money, even though we had ordered two pizzas and the other one was untouched. My husband told him to keep his refund and we would not be ordering from there again! I have given them 1 star as it doesn't let you post the review without giving at least 1!

Obviously this shop has made significant changes looking through previous reviews... I was ready to order from your competition but they had a 90 minute waiting time whereas yours was just 25. The quality was better than anticipated and the overall experience was what other restaurants should aspire to. 100% the best pizza delivery & quality locally

Ordered Pizza today online and it was saying pizza will be with us in 25 to 35 minuets. Waited one hour to get the pizza. When we received pizza was cold and need to warm it up. Base was so chewy and over cooked. Don’t preset it from Pizza Hut go for Papa John.

After two hours of waiting for a pizza after being told 30 minutes prior it would arrive soon it still didn't arrive. We ended up phoning up and canceling and going somewhere else.

Just had pizza hut and it was disgusting so greasy and the stuff crust cheese wasn't just in the crust it was right up dear the the actual pizza complete waste of money and they didn't send us the cookie dough so we rang them and they just said they would send it out no sorry about that here's a bottle of drink customer service stinks, won't go back there and if you have sense you won't either go Dominoes instead and have a nice pizza
