Every time we order from here the food is amazing. I also think its the best kebab in Corby. We tried their kebab, pizza, burgers.. All were spot on! Fresh and delicious. Ps: their thick milkshake is also very nice
Have ordered now around 6 times, every single time the pizzas have been hot, absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. Love this place.
Had food arrive with lumpy mayonnaise, no answer from restaurant at all, reported to just eat, reported to food standards agency and local council.
Cold reheated brown stale beans. not impressed. Full English was more like a child portion
Very pleased with the meal I ordered. Great price, friendly staff And very fast delivery! I wasn’t feeling up to going out today so I ordered myself lunch to my home at about midday most places don’t start delivering until late afternoon / evening. They were happy to deliver a single lunch just for me : I had a jacket potato with salad, cheese and coleslaw, it was a very big portion so not disappointed at all! And I also had a cool mint thick shake, which was delicious!! I highly recommend this place and will be ordering again very soon! : x
Really impressed with the food and service from this takeaway. We ordered two trays of doner kebab meat and salad. They arrived on time but instead of doner they were chicken meat. I called and explained the issue. It was a simple mistake and they were very apologetic and delivered the correct order freshly made and piping hot within 15 minutes. Also they sent us a terry’s chocolate orange which was a lovely gesture. I have to say the food was excellent. Would definitely recommend. Well done!!!
Absolute joke!! We ordered chicken on chips x3, we got chicken kebab in a pitta bread. My large order was a small anywhere else - like seriously it wasn't even a whole chicken breast, they're having a laugh charging what they are... When we called to tell them that they mixed up the order, all they had to say was we need to be more specific next time! Seriously, cause I'm going to order from you next time... ?! The guy on the phone was just rude, not the customer service you'd expect. They wanted to send us extra chips, but what was the point, it's not what we ordered, and meat would have been cold by then anyway. The arrogance of the guy on the phone was just beyond believable, seriously people you are in a business where customer service is everything, you forked up, it happens but accept it and don't argue and be rude on the phone with your customers.. we are never coming back, and will make sure our friends don't order from you either!
I have been ordering from them for years. Every now and again I use my points to order. This time I used them and the order accepted as normal only for the driver to arrive and request cash payment. Informed we had paid with points and showed electronic receipt. Still refused to accept this. Called the store and whilst the lady who answered was understanding the guy who she put on was rude to say the least. Said I did not have any points! That being the case the order would not of been accepted. I discussed that with him and he once again just said no points! Never been treated like that before I certainly won't be again because I will not be ordering again! Clearly these people feel they don't need to do customer service. For the record my account reward points now shows 5.17 points! If I didn't have them in the first place why would it show them as being left following the order placed. SHOCKING BEHAVIOUR AND SERVICE
Great food and awesome extras! The food is always hot and fresh with a great selection on the menu. If you have the pleasure to indulge in a wiltons cake from Ali's, you will not be disappointed! Stunning cakes. Perfect treat for after your takeaway delight!
Order was more than 2 hours late and when I called to get a refund I couldn't what he was saying. I told him my address and I wanted a refund and he started talking to someone else and telling them to shut up while on the phone to me. I ask for a refund 4 times and he just keeps talking about extra fries!!!
