Got the wrong food sent and a open and drank bottle of coke called to say and got shouted at and told I was wrong. I will never be using here again! Crap customers service. Wouldn't even take my complaint

Having previously had lovely food and great service I cant help but wonder if the caromon has changed hands or got a new chef? The curry I ordered usually tastes of fresh green chilli, fenugreek leaves and fresh ginger ,however, this time it was really poor and very powdery, with the only heat coming from chilli powder. The fenugreek leaves were still quite dry as if they hadn't been cooked in the liquid long enough. All this and we had to microwave the food too as it arrived cold. I had a problem before with one of our dishes being wrong (someone elses order) and they were fab coming out immediately to replace it and bringing some free side dishes and offering a discount on our next meal (which we never used as anyone can make a mistake) This time I phoned up more as a "heads up" and to give a bit of feedback, but was met with rudeness. I will not be going back! It is a shame really as previously it was very good
