Had so many experiences in the McDonalds in Corby town centre. It’s rare to see it with all its windows these days! It has had a remodel since my last visit. Used to come here on weekends with friends, or after sixth form for a treat. Had it delivered via Ubereats quite a few times when I lived in the nearby estates too, yummy. Always some scary hooligans or drunk folk roaming around however, tarnishing its reputation. I remember them banning under 16s after 5pm for a period of time, thankfully I’d just turned 17. I see they’re still preventing access to upstairs seating! No surprise with the behaviour I used to witness up there. Today I also needed to use the loo, which was nice and clean.
I’d like to thank Helen from excellent service and great hospitality making us feel comfortable while ordering and eating always checking up on us to see if we needed anything and if the service and food was at its best qualities standards I’d like to recognise Helen‘s great effort for being such a great Person and a great member of staff here at McDonald’s and Corby people like this can only make a business grow more and attract more people I would really like it if somebody wants to look into this I recognise her deeply for her infinity efforts that always take place in this happy meal place and excellent service and she was so great with the children and her colleagues it genuinely warmed my heart making me want to take time out for her to be out in the spotlight and awarded or even printed as it will only bring more food to the company if she was to be ether holding the reigns or if she was to be promoted with a raise or higher up job HELEN customer care from Corby cooperation Street
Awful twice in an hour.nOrdered through just eat, food came wrong and and stone cold. Kids milkshakes had completely melted and turned disgusting.nKnow the temp is down the the rude, ignorant just eat driver but getting food wrong especially allergy related changes just isn't acceptable.nSo went to take it back and made the mistake of not checking the food before getting home.nAGAIN, allergy related changes ingored.nStaff laughing and joking around so hardly surprising they are incapable of doing their job properly!nFun fact for people ordering on just eat that the lovely man mountain of a sercurity guard informed me, if you order through just eat, check your food before giving them the code, if its cold or wrong don't give the driver the code, they won't get paid then.nAs for using this McDonald's, avoid it like the plague.n1 star only because i can't leave ZERO STARS!!!
One of my favourite eating place to go. It's less human contact more bots friendly. Walk in, head straight to the self-service kiosk. Let my fingers do the ordering. 15 minutes later I'm out of the place. Feeling contented and full.
With this being the only mcdonalds in the town centre they do very well to have a quick service, the staff are kind and the place is always clean and so are the bathrooms
