I purchased two pizzas as a treat for my nieces. I wish I had ordered from a different place. The service was great, wonderful driver and can’t fault that. The pizzas? Bland, flavourless and the base is awful. I ordered a half and half and another which was a good deal financially however I wish I had paid extra for another pizza place. There was no sauce. The toppings were sparse. When my sister and brother arrived they found out and said “yeah. You shouldn’t have ordered from there”. If you like Pizza Hut then this review won’t sway you. Pizzas are personal and if you have a favourite you tend to stick to it. Ordered a large half-and-half pizza from Pizza Hut in Cwmbran and it was a game changer! The perfect balance of flavors on each side catered to everyone's taste at the table. Fresh, hot, and loaded with toppings, it was an absolute hit. The crust was cooked to perfection - crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Definitely a memorable meal and a must-try for pizza lovers out there!
I rang to speak about the fact my pizzas were burnt. The advice I was given was to go on the website site and contact customer services. There was no consideration that I had food that couldn't be consumed as it tasted burnt aswell. I have since been in contact with Pizzahut customer care who have offered me £25 discount code only to be used on full price menu which as a comparison to the two pizzas I ordered would be £37.98. I will never be using Pizza Hut again after this insulting offer
Disappointed, first time trying and won't order from this pizza hut ever again. Food took hour to deliver, sides were under baked, and our cookie was burned. Waste of money and time. Also round piece of ice was on top of ice cream when we opened it. Tasted like they melted and were frozen again.
Very good customer service nThe pizzas are AMAZING as well!! nThey prepared a gluten, vegan cheese pepperoni pizza...the best I had in my life! Really good!
