Food was amazing. There was only two kitchen staff and one server by the looks. Was s slow service but the waiter made it fun and was very apologetic! The food was definitely worth waiting for!

Had sirloin steak - cooked to perfection but it was a bit tough - that's not the chef's fault. Waitress was brilliant- good sense of humour. Attentive but not intrusive - nothing was too much trouble. Didn't have to wait long either considering how busy they were. Reasonably priced too.

I like the place but every time I visit the wait for food and or service is awful even when there is only a few customers seated. I usually see one person giving it there all with the rest of the staff dawdling. This week I had breakfast, the waiter was good, but the kitchen staff had sloped off somewhere, so I had the typical long wait for food. Asked for more coffee before food arrived, but it took so long I had been served the food and finished it with no refill. I just paid up and left. Food quality is generally very good.

Long waiting times and an unprofessional staff. Firstly we had to wait around 30 minutes to be seated (only 2 of us) when over half the restaurant appeared to be empty. When we do finally take a seat, we order our food. Then waited. I ordered another drink, and waited. The drink itself took around 15 minutes to appear and our food was around 45 minutes. There was still so many empty tables, it just didn't make sense why it took so long. There was also this one waiter (did not serve us, so I don't know his name) but was randomly belting out lines of lyrics of the song playing over the speakers. He also spoke very loudly and no, I didn't need to hear how fit the customer was who just sat at the table - was not professional at all. People go there for the food, which was okay. And I'm afraid not worth the wait. I recommend ear plugs and and going at an earlier time

Nice to have a local restaurant that cooks a steak to requirements for a change. Not too keen on being asked immediately if we wanted any drinks; we hadn't even looked at the menu. All in all a good service, nice clean restaurant & nice to watch your food being cooked in the open kitchen.
