or full refund but these two huge companies will treat you as disposableshould you need reimbursement or apologies. Don't bother buying, go somewhere else where your consumer rights are respected. I've had to repost this review three times since KFC keep having it removed as a fake review. What is ironic about this is that KFC are currently investigating this issue on my behalf with its Cwmbran branch and not once have I been asked for proof. It also reflects TrustPilots ability to be manipulated by businesses in order for them to bolster scores. Interestingly even with this tactic in mind KFC still has a resounding 1.5 star on TrustPilot.
Its expensive for what it is £28 for 2 childrens and 2 small young adults,chips are small and not hot,1 fillet which was nice enough but it would not be my choice to eat here ,I would rather eat somewhere else for a lot less,I dont think its finger licking good. Kid-friendliness: Made for families and all age groups. Wheelchair accessibility: Big wide door ,no steps.
Ordered the 10 piece bargain bucket and once again you get nine legs and one piece of breast chicken, chips and chicken Luke worm fries uneatable cold got to give up going to KFC £30 rip offFood: 2/5
When the get your order right, the food is standard KFC. However, in the 18 months I've lived locally, they've not gotten 1 order correct. It's always something, and if you bring it back they make out that it's your fault. Also the guys cooking the food are more interested in make disgusting comments about the female customers than doing their jobs I've started going to the one in Pontypool if I actually want to enjoy my meal.
Went to kfc yesterday food for what you get is not worth the money you pay. after i ordered waited 20 mins for my food and kids food but gave me my childs hot chocolate when i order so didnt have the drink with the meal. Was just chucked on the tray coke was over fill so was all over the tray and food. Staff was a little rude not friendly like other places you go when you think how busy mcdonalds get compared to this place and they still polite. They was 2 busy sending out just eat/uber meals that seems to be more important than the people sitting in. Wont be going in this kfc again as this aint the first time been disapointed with everything
Ordered food at 9.29pm took 59mins to be delivered. We only live 20 mins away. Delivered the wrong drinks and wrong sides. The gravy that was delivered showed sell by 8.49pm and we placed our order for corn at 9.29pm but was sent out of sell by date gravy! Missed our dip. The food was stone cold so the chips were rubbery. Shockingly awful! I would advise to give this KFC a wide birth!! If I could give it zero stars I still think that would be to much!
Ordered through just eat, 2 corn and 2 rice missing, beans sent instead don't like beans, all food cold and rubbery, Pepsi max substituted with orange, can't drink orange. Ver disappointed won't order again.

Quick service. Staff were friendly. Food was lovely Parking: Parking in the day time may be tricky due to being in the shopping centre Wheelchair accessibility: On ground floor. Wide doors. Toilet on ground floor. Counter and ordering screens may be a bit high.
I've been one of the many people to complain about this branch previously - Especially with the quality of food they've sent out with online orders. To be fair, I popped into the branch last weekend and the food was fantastic. The restaurant was clean which always helps. The place was very busy which kinda shows that the food isn't as bad as some of us have made it out to be in the best. I still won't trust them to send me my food through delivery, but I'll definitely come back to the branch to eat. No issues at all.
