Typical McDonald's in terms of menu and food, not as good value as it used to be, meal deals in surrounding stores are much better for your money now. It's typically very busy in here, usually filled with loud children from nearby high schools outside of school hours. Food did come quick, however my order was small and I came at a quiet time of the day
Cwmbran MC D is worse than ever, every time we order for delivery food is missing, check the quarter pounder, check the large fries, soggy fries. I keep saying I'll stop ordering but kids like happy meals. Don't want constant refunds off Uber, I want food I've paid for. Where's the quality checks?Food: 1/5
Food is rubbish, service is rubbish, staff can’t read an order as it’s always wrong, drivers all hang outside like teenagers look up young girls and woman the rats. Total incompetence from the staff. Nothing right ever and they always back heal it back to Uber if you order through them or just eat… garbage run by sausages! AvoidFood: 1/5
It was a spectacular experience all the food choices and drinks it was truly a once in a lifetime experience for a first time goer to this amazing establishment. The employees there had a certain way they would act to customers which amazed me as it was the first time I've been to a restaurant were I wasn't screamed at for leaving a siprise in the bathroom for the cleaners and they jusy got in with thier job and even told me it was a big log and laughed, I will definitely go there again and hope try something different to the fries I saw them drop on the floor before giving them to me. Kid-friendliness: When I was there I saw some kids playing on the Ipads and screaming at the angry bird game and how they were really bad at playing this particular level after ge was done eating g his maither had to practically drag him out the door while he kicked at the floor to try and het back to the angry bird level he was stuck on
Good service I had big Mac chips and coke don't remember how much because I bought for family as well but as you drive one way past McDonald's is on the right the turning next right normally has parking plus disabled parking no charge as I could see then it's a two min walk to McDonald's we'll worth a visit for sureFood: 5/5

I leave no stars had to leave one to post the review as the service I have received tonight was absolutely appalling. They forgot 7 items which was my kids food as a Christmas and new year treat. The Uber eats call handler was disrespectufl, unsympathetic and not up to standard on customer service. DON'T EVER USE THE MCDELIVERY APP Parking: On the main road and difficult to park as delivery drivers and taxi drivers are using the disabled spaces without a blue badge
Clean and seems hygienic, plenty of choice for food children and adults alike.The service is very good the toilet area was very clean and plenty of space and excellent if disabled Food: 4/5
The last time we went here with our granddaughter we order food and sat down to wait and when it turned up the chips was cold and chewy and so was garlic cheesy bites but chicken dippers was nice and hot.Food: 3/5
Don't bother ordering for delivery. Takes an absolute age to arrive if at all, zero communication, items missing and what arrives is cold.Food: 1/5
