Typical McDonald's in terms of menu and food, not as good value as it used to be, meal deals in surrounding stores are much better for your money now. It's typically very busy in here, usually filled with loud children from nearby high schools outside of school hours. Food did come quick, however my order was small and I came at a quiet time of the day
Ordered food for delivery which had multiple issues; burger had things added to it, wrong drinks and incorrect number of fries for the meals ordered. Called and a manager called Kayleigh answered. Accused us of lying about not having a receipt on the bags delivered and then had absolutely awful attitude with us, very condescending and outright rude. Don’t know how this girl works in customer service.
Cwmbran MC D is worse than ever, every time we order for delivery food is missing, check the quarter pounder, check the large fries, soggy fries. I keep saying I'll stop ordering but kids like happy meals. Don't want constant refunds off Uber, I want food I've paid for. Where's the quality checks?
Went in for Take out food. Waited 20 minutes from ordering, Didn't know it, but took away a cold burger, and chips that you could hammer into concrete. Drink was fine.
The staff were pleasant, service was quite quick for being so busy, I would say one of the better mcdonalds around, would go again
