The food was fine, my biggest gripe was the delivery speed & the fact that the advertised £10 off voucher if delivery takes over 40 minutes was negated because the driver phoned to tell me he was on his way within 30 minutes of ordering! I can't tolerate BS! Will not order again!

received absolutely stale reheated pizzas, I assume because I ordered online at 3 pm setting delivery for 6 pm, they accidentally made them early and then just reheated once they were cold, never ate anything so disgusting in my life

Disgusting place. Pizza hut has always been somewhere I have tolerated for the Kids and Wife who love it. I much prefer other brands of Pizza. One thing about Pizza Hut is you usually know what your going to get which is " OK Pizza " Well not with the Leighton Buzzard branch, here you get poor staff and poor pizza EVERY TIME. The first time we ordered, I ordered for collection, I was told to pick up at 19:15 I arrived at 19:20 and thats when the staff said "its just gone in the oven" he then ran out the back and I watched him make the pizza and put it in the oven. at 19:40 he handed me 2 pizzas. I got home and the only way to describe them was zero flavour. I then got asked for Pizza hut from my 2 children as a treat. I agreed and decided to go to Dunstable because of my experience with the Leighton Buzzard branch but when I called they said they were just closing so I reluctantly ordered from Leighton Buzzard. I arrived at 18:30 as asked and Exactly the same thing happened, it was like Déjà vu. The pizza was not made, the guy behind the till was ignoring customers and running around the dirty shop. I then got handed 2 pizzas 20 minutes later, got home and they were disgusting, covered in grease and tasked like cardboard, I will never got to this Pizza Hut ever again. Terrible Store.

Good service, friendly driver he told me his life story, fell over that the door. Fast food and entertainment what more could you want

Takes over an hour for an order of two items to get to an address 15 minutes across town. Both times ive ordered with them i've had to follow up with a phone call to figure out where my food is.
