Don't know what you guys on here are moaning about... got a great pizza, delivered early, fully correct, tasted yum, was a decent price. I fully enjoyed it. Thanks : )

Placed an online order at 15-36 for collection at 16-30, was important cus my daughter had to go off to work at the evening shift and I had a client conference call at 5 pm. Paid by card online. I turn up at 16-38, - an hour later! - not only my pizzas are not ready, literally they aren't even in the oven yet, I double parked and sent my younger daughter in, they told her come back 15 minutes later! I go in to confront them and they are all like - well, what do you want, we are busy! No apology, no sense that they done wrong, nothing. Too busy to make a pizza IN AN HOUR in the middle of the afternooon? Why do they then confirm orders they have no intention of filling? I say -- I can't wait, no longer want the pizza please cancel my order I want my money back - you know what they said? We can't cancel your order because the manager is not in! Later I call them when the manager is in, he at first completely, again, refuses to understand what I am even talking about - then says he cannot cancel my order, becauise it's been "cashed in" -- well why has it been "cashed in" if they hadn't made the pizza? So no the position is this, Papa Johns on North street stole £16 off a single mum, did not make the pizza, and apparently has no intention of refunding me. Isn't this fraud? I barely scrambled to get my daughter a snack before work. If you HATE customers, why go into this kind of business? unbelievable. (On a second thought, if you conduct your entire business by taking money, not providing the service, and then refusing to refund, I guess it's quite a business then).

Very strange! I was charged with a higher price as shown in online page. There were many deals shown on website while on the shop they refused to offer any deal on top of that there was no price list or menu any where in the shop.

When they first opened were good now the service is poor, pizzas are thrown together badly with very little toppings, usually late and bits of orders missing that you have paid for. Now I order and collect from Dunstable at least they can still get it right
