basilico pizza Finchley Central

delivery man couldn't find my address, went to a place near by, was very rude on the phone, kept telling me to come outside! I already was!! put the phone down on me telling me I was wrong and when I called the restaurant they told me it was my fault- when I finally wandered down the lane I found him, no apology just said he was pushing the gate- I suggested turning the handle and he gave me cold pizza and no apology- WILL NOT GO BACK!!

Great pizza, it's the only place in finchley with a wood fired oven and you can taste the difference.

What a shambles. Cant even get their technology right. Pretty poor for a delivery chain. Paid through paypal and instantly got a Paypal receipt but after 1 hour and no pizza, I called the restaurant. Treated terribly. The manager of restaurant claimed they never received it. So I emailed it to him but still he wouldn't believe me and took the position that the problem was mine. "But you have my phone number my address and the receipt from Paypal. Why not just trust your customer???" He refused and told me that it was my mistake for using the paypal option (offered as a payment method on his website if you dont mind!!!). Well I wont ever order from them again and unless you want to be hungry and frustrated I suggest you look elsewhere. Plenty of wood fired pizzas available from local restaurants that care about their customers these days.

Delicious pizza delivered super fast, even on a Saturday evening. Such a treat to get proper white pizzas in Finchley - well done!
