Love Pizza Hut.
But what would make it better if they brought back The Edge.

Pizza Hut Boscombe, Bournemouth, customer service absolutely awful. We ordered a pizza, half and half, but nothing too complicated. It arrived very fast, but although one of the halves was supposed to be a Supreme with extra cheese and jalapeños had nothing BUT cheese and jalapeños on it! Quick phone call, apologies, second pizza on the way and an instruction to give the wrong pizza to the delivery man. To our surprise the second one was missing tomatoes on the other half. So one more call. Not a single 'sorry' this time. Instead we heard that it's somehow our fault because we haven't checked it properly enough, and how come there was a piece missing on the pizza that we gave them back. Yup I ate one because the first time my half was ok. Guy on the phone - highly unprofessional and we did heard the exchange between him and his colleagues while on the phone with him about us, it wasn't nice. After all we kept the second pizza, mostly because they'd mess up the third one anyway. All in all a really unpleasant experience with people working there even if only over the phone.

There was fabric of some sort on the pizza and the manager was incredibly hostile on the phone. Haven't ordered from pizza hut in 2+ years because of their repeatedly poor work ethics - both in and outside the kitchen.

Have just been in on a Saturday night and was served by Kelly who was lovely, polite and very professional. Talked me through the promos and (even though I was very fussy!) was totally courteous. Highly recommend!..not sure if all staff would be like that but for my experience certainly Five Stars!!
