AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL DISGUSTING GREASY RUBBISH FOOD
First impressions were good as it seemed very clean but the food is the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten, this was the last Chinese take away to try in the Southbourne/Christchurch area and is definitely the worst.  I ordered rice with my curry, what they did was fill half of the tub with rice and the other half with a very dry, fatty curry.  A curry from any other place is enough to share between 2 generally.  I ordered prawn toast, it was friend bread and when I say no prawns, THERE WERE NO PRAWNS.  I even spent a minute gently pushing back the seeds with my knife to confirm.  The spring rolls, prawn toast and prawn crackers all tasted the same and that taste it old stale fryer oil. Absolutely vile and one of the most expensive.  I am a reasonable person so please hold this in mind when I say the following, do not eat here, you will probably be very let down.  In addition to this, they are still charging you to pay by card, she said the words '50p to pay by card' which is illegal, I may send a quick email to trading standards.

Great food and all the times I have ordered online it arrives hot before the time I'm told. Best Chinese we have had in a long time so will keep ordering.

Made an order over the phone and twice went through what i wanted and was told a 50p charge for paying by card. I thought this was not supposed to happen anymore but still paid as i was looking forward to it as it was my birthday. The man on phone said 45 mins delivery. After 1hour and 15 mins phoned them and was told its on its way eventually after 1 hour and 45minutes we got food the crispy duck was cold and they missed off some of the order. I phoned them back and was told i did not order what i was missing and no apology. Bad service so will make my point of never going there again.

The food from here is always excellent, with good value and efficient service. We have tried many local Chinese takeaways and have always come back to here. The quality of food is unparalleled. Would recommend.
