Superb service. Arrived late in the evening about 9.40pm quickly seated and looked after by the same gentleman (sorry don't know his name but he sounded polish and had glasses) he was really attentive and professional and despite the time of day did not rush us at all at any point it still felt laid back and relaxed as I enjoy at pizza express. Food was all delicious love the simple tasty fresh flavours at pizza express no horrible salty heavy sauce all over the pizza just simple fresh ingredients really nice. They missed an ingredient off the pizza but quicy resolved the issue. The 25% off all food made it a little more affordable as it is a little more expensive than some other Italian restaurants in the area but it's worth the money great attentive service and great food. Thank you for the great service excellent job!

This pizza express is set in a lovely building, the food is on par with other restaurants in the chain. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. I would recommend this as a safe eating option within the city.

Went here last week with a friend and children for a chilled out after work dinner.  The staff are really friendly and the atmosphere is always relaxed. We don't ask for much and as our friends are fun, anything usually goes. I had to write this review as we all felt the same. The pizzas at this place are appalling. We ordered amongst other things 3 Margherita Bufala in the Romana size which I remember used to be quite large. Not only were the pizzas small in size they were so thin you could have rolled them like a crepe. They look nothing like the pictures online. They looked bare and inedible; perhaps a teaspoon of mozzarella over the whole pizza with a few teaspoons of tomato paste. Tasteless. Like eating paper. 
All of us were left so hungry we laughed at how we felt we needed a desert just to feel we'd had something to eat. 
Never again. The pizzas were over £14.50 each. We were still hungry. As this was not our first disappointing experience here we wont be back. Truly awful.

Terrible food (tasteless, undercooked, overpriced and small portions) will never visit again. The worst bolognese in my life... :/ disappointment.. When we tried to speak to the stuff they acted really sassy and disrespected our opinion. My friends food was cold inside.

Absolutely lovely staff very charming and welcoming but food very poor, lasagne was very uninspiring and plain and my girlfriends dish was average but served cold. Drinks expensive felt like a waste of money.
