I've been to real burger a few times over the past year and each and every time they have been incredibly disappointing. Today will be the last time I give them the benefit of the doubt. Went in store earlier, ordered 2 burgers and sides. Took an hour for the food to arrive. When it did turn up it was on a tray instead of the takeaway we asked for and when it eventually arrived in a bag it was cold. Both burgers had no blue cheese as ordered, were over cooked, dry and the salad was embarrassing. One of the two burgers was absolutely loaded with gristle and cartilage to the point where It was inedible. When we called up to complain the restaurant weren't interested at all and offered us money off our next purchase. Obviously won't be going back so had to decline their offer. With so many other burger joints in Cheltenham like five guys, holee cow, bottle of sauce i would advise against giving this place a chance.

Not your average burger place.
Theirs are the best in town despite a lot of new competition.
Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

Very Disappointing, Wanted to try this place for a while but wish I didn’t bother, Ordered food without a problem, limited options on drink as some were sold out. We waited which I think is very long for 2 burgers and fries of 1 hour after ordering it seemed they were more focused on delivery orders than customers actually sat in, once the food came out the burgers were very dry and one of them was missing mozzarella, there was no apology for the wait and overall a bad experience, I would not come back here

Amazing food, however the delivery is ridiculous waited almost 3 hours for food and offered a £10 refund on a £22 order. 30% off my next... Which unfortunately I highly doubt will happen now. I honestly love the food, its always been good maybe ilI eat in one day, but I've been put off delivery. Average delivery time is 1-1.5 hours....

Eaten a few times here, generally been pretty good. However this time the patty felt very processed and i suspect was not made on site. This wasn't the case with previous meals where the meat was of better quality. A real shame.
