Not very good at all. Ive been living in Cheltenham for years and never been to the Everest, so I thought id go to the buffet with my family. I have to say how disappointed we all were with the food. There was not much choice and it was all very similar, some non descript meat in a out of the can sauce. I could have easily done better at home with some chicken and a tin of sauce from the supermarket. The price was not cheep so I expected a reasonable menu, about 3 dishes, stale flat breads, (not nice fresh nanbread) and soggy chips. I have been to a number of other Indian restaurants in Cheltenham, they all were head and shoulders above the quality of this place. It was a fairly quiet evening about 7.30 so no excuse for the poor quality, I will not be going back here All of the family thought it was the worse food we have had in a long while.

Limited vegetarian options in buffet. If you like Chicken you will find most variety.. The spice level is moderate
