A five star Pizza Express review that doesn’t mention Pizza? Located on Lion Street behind most of the shops, this impressively large restaurant was extremely quiet when we visited so we had plenty of seating options to choose from. First class service from Rosa who was welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. The rest of the staff are very friendly too. For starters we had Halloumi Bites, Rucola and a portion of Lemon and Herb Chicken wings - all perfect and delivered together quickly. For mains as you can see, the choice was Lasagna Classica which was delivered hot and tasted just as a lasagna should. Rich and creamy. Nothing to fault at all. Five stars.
Our favourite place to go for a pizza. You know what you are going to get, good, tasty, reliable food and service at a reasonable price.
I have been here on a number of occasions and each one has been an experience with great memories. All three points above cannot describe the experience enough. The staff were amazingly helpful. The food was altered to accommodate my requirements and the atmosphere was electrifying, if not a little too noisy. Pizza Express Richmond is well worth a visit.
I am a fan of Pizza Express and recently visited this branch for a quick dinner. The staff were accommodating with my booking. One staff member named Nat was so friendly & patient as they explained how I could use the Pizza Express app and claim rewards - please pass on our thanks! Also noted how clean the restaurant was, it was practically spotless! As always, food was delicious! Certainly recommend the Romana pizzas. Thank you to the team at Pizza Express Richmond for a lovely dinner!
Service was excellent. The lady serving didn't get her name was very welcoming & had to travel by three buses to get to work due to train strike. That's the dedicated staff all restaurants need. She acknowledged our waiting time on a very busy service & was really efficient.Food: 4/5
Went here for my birthday. Lovely restaurant very nice ambiance. The staff were all very welcoming and helped with any issues we had in the app. Food was amazing aswell. They do a vegan menu and also have my favourite pizzas
Booked a table Pizza Express Richmond at the last minute to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Food was delicious and the staff were brilliant. So polite and attentive without being overbearing. Lovely atmosphere, would highly recommend it.Food: 5/5
