Really enjoyed the visit here. Convenient to order and pay, as you can order, and add to your order via the app, and when your finished there's no reason to try and getting anyone's attention to pay. You can even tip via the app. The food was good, and prompt. Service was good too
Good food, good service. Used Tesco clubcard points so made it a good price too. Sadly the toilets let it down, broken toilet seat and broken tap in the ladies and just not very clean.

A very busy & bustling place. Our service was excellent. Very lovely & down to earth staff who were attentive & incredibly hard working! We both had ham & chicken pizza which were delicious! I can't fault it. The only issue is the noise! It is just a large open room that the noise echos around & we had to leave a bit earlier than intended to get some quiet! Thoroughly lovely staff though. Thanks for a super evening !
Had booked a table for 4 for my daughters birthday. Service was slow, in term of being greeted and seated, and orders taken. Food was good when it arrived, and the place was fairly busy, which added to the atmosphere. Overall, quite good, and reasonable prices.Food: 5/5
Visited last night for my son's 21st birthday. Esther, Chantelle and Josh were our servers and we had absolutely excellent service. They were warm, friendly and helpful, despite them being clearly rushed off their feet in a busy restaurant. The chefs did an amazing job, the food was delicious, piping hot, and all came out together, despite us being a large party. We had a lovely evening!
Nice restaurant lovely atmosphere. Good service and very pleasant waitress. I was hood taken care off. Nice caprese starter, risotto with chicken and mushrooms. Dessert with gelato and espresso and lemoncello .Food: 4/5
We walked in at 7.50 to a pretty much half empty restaurant to be told that they were fully booked. Pretty unlikely that at almost 8pm on a Monday night they were suddenly going to get an influx of people. They obviously couldn't be arsed to seat and serve us. All the staff appeared to be teenagers so I'm guessing they just wanted to get off home. Shody treatment.
15 of us went for a birthday meal out. Staff was great and the waitress couldn't have been more helpful! Downside, ordered the calzone with no mushrooms or chilli. Unfortunately, it came with all the above. The waitress had the meal replaced and a fresh one done. By this time, everyone else had eaten there's so said I would take it home in a box. I find it unacceptable that a tip is automatically added to a large group and the waitress doesn't see. Fortunately for her, we all paid separately and paid the tip in cash to her.
I recently ate at Ask with a fairly large group, for a family meal. Whilst the food was excellent, the service was very slow and there were a few mistakes with our order, despite us having all pre-chosen and arrived ready with a list. Some sides were missing, some orders didn't get put in and then came very late, and one dessert wasn't available but we weren't told until the rest of the party had been served. However, our server was very friendly, apologised for the mistakes, and was clearly pretty overworked, with only 3 people seeming to be serving on a very busy Saturday evening, so it isn't fair to blame her for the mistakes as she was operating in a difficult situation. Clearly short-staffed and with some communication issues between kitchen and servers. The food that did arrive correctly was all very good, as usual from Ask. Particularly delicious we're the 'nduja dough bite sides, and the chocolate gnocchi dessert. I'd give this restaurant another chance - but they need to speed up the service and ensure adequate staffing levels.
