Ordered at 2.35am on just eat, went through fine. Rang them to make sure as it said they shut at 3am. They said it's ok and on its way. Happy days. Then I got an email at 2.58am from just eat "your order has been unsuccessful". So I rang back and asked what had happened and was it cancelled because they had told me about 10 minutes before that it was on its way. I was told "it's on it's way, yes don't worry it's coming to you now". I saud great thanks and put the phone down. It never turned up. So instead of just saying "oh sorry no it was less than 30 minutes before we shut and we couldn't be bothered doing our job" instead they lied TWICE, and that was that. . Will never order from here again, absolute joke.
No salad on burgers haha I think they can't afford salad apart from that pizza ok and chips but who doesn't put salad on a burgers each would be 20p not like ya making enough on the 30p burgers and the staff are snotty and rude never going there again and would warn any one else to stay away
Food came, was OK but shocked before driver left told her about the cheesecakes that were missing and she said she'll be back she still hasn't came back after after hour rang the restaurant and staff was snotty on the phone and ended the call. Rang again second time and spoke even more snotty, wouldn't be bothered if it was me but to speak to a girl like that. Idiot
Didn't want delivery to be late so decided to go and collect and ended up waiting 15min more on top of the collection time. Wish I had never read the reviews to be honest, kebab was fatty and all 4 meats were dry, for the price of the food you would expect some level of quality. Disappointing to say the least.
I ordered from here and specifically asked for no sauce. Food was late and when I received my food it had sauce on and the naan bread was soggy. Dissapointed to say the least.
I ordered food from here at 1.20pm, at 3.10pm I'm still waiting for my food. I phoned tbe restaurant and they ensured me it would be here by 3pm. If you're planning on ordering from here, make sure to clear your diary for the day and can have all the time in the world to sit in and wait for your order. Shocking.
The kebab is not good. I’m convinced that it had dog meat in it. When I politely tried to tell them that the food is unsatisfactory, the person that works there slapped, me knocked on the floor spit in my face and called me a fat cow. Definitely not going there again. 2/10 don’t recommend
Not even rating it with one star. Terrible service, last Thursday I’ve been waiting 2h20m for my food. Phoned at 7 o’clock I’ve been told a 45 min to 1 hour waiting, phoned twice after the time Given and been told the driver was on the way. After the long wait not even an apology or nothing just accepted the food as the kids were starving and was to late to order with someone else. The food was warm not hot and the quality not the best. Never again!!
Not a safe option during lockdown. Food was pleasant, but the driver insisted on handing the food to me directly even though a note on our door asks him to leave it and knock, and I asked him directly to leave it on the floor. He stood on doormat, arm extended till I took it, saying 'I like to hand it to people myself. When I suggested that this was stupid I regret my language he was very unpleasant, and clearly though the idea of someone staying safe for health reasons, was nonsense.
Went to get a double cheeseburger, expecting to get the usual pizza gaff standard burger, I was surprisingly shocked at the quality of the meat which was used, nice and clean inside, nice brioche bun! Will definitely be going back
