Told me 2 times could have a refund if item is undamaged and I have my receipt. I then went back not 10 hours after buying the dress to be called a liar and he never told me I could have a refund. Shouting in front of my children. Absolutely disgusting service. Will not be coming back and will be informing trading standards and police as I have the conversation recorded
