A busy Thursday before good Friday. People cuing at the tills, one serving other staff standing together chatting to each other It was manic and service was appalling.

Tried to return a pair of trainers (unwanted gift) was told I couldn’t have a refund as it was over 2 weeks ! Something my partner was not made aware of when he purchased them. Darius at the Blackpool store was extremely rude and unhelpful. I called customer services who were great and have offered to refund me.
