Need the shop window looking inviting. Very dowdy display. Such a shame as its not inviting new sales and unfair as its not reflecting the stock available inside which is very good. .
I doesn’t even won’t to give a star to this shop. The lady who was working on 10th of August 2022 is really really rude to the customers. She even doesn’t won’t to let us look around. Such a racist person. She wasn’t suitable for customer service should stop working at the service desk if she doesn’t won’t to help. Even she doesn’t know how to behave in front of toddlers just showing off facial expressions for a toddler who was crying. Is she grown up without crying.
I always find something lovely to wear in this shop, they cater extremely well for the more mature lady but their clothes could be also worn by younger ladies, the service I received was lovely, they are so helpful, it's good old fashioned service, something you don't see nowadays, well worth a visit and not badly priced
Just spoke to a very rude lady called Marie in the blackpool store she couldn't help with my inquiry but I could tell she didn't want to .asked for the customer servise no and had the phone put down on me disgusting !!
Went looking here with my Mam for an outfit for a wedding. They had a large selection of dresses for her to try and the staff were very helpful when needed but also left us plenty of space to look for ourselves. In the end my Mam found a dress that was perfectvl for her and at a great price too.
Loved this place. Lady helped me pick my Christmas dress. So helpful and cheery.
