Item arrived damage, they said that they never check the stock before its sent because they haven't got time. They did offer to collect and refund but they took forever dealing with my order that I decided to keep it because time is money. Stay clear and use a repatable trader. I ordered a sideboard and nest of tables same make and style from The range. They arrived 2 days later, no damage and in packaging that suited the product and delivery was only £7.95 and not the £20 that you charged me. The coffee table you sent was actually in a sideboard table box so I'm actually wondering now if mine was a returned item. If you want 3 stars maybe you should up your game.

we already knew what we wanted when we went to the shop, however after a good luck round and finding sideboards of a different length and colour we spoke to Julie who couldn't have been more helpful, we ordered a triple sideboard and paid, the delivery was supposed to be within 10 days, Its the wifes birthday on the 5th and I phoned up next day and asked if they could deliver as a surprise, to cut the story short, it was delivered at lunchtime while the wife was in the garden, the lads placed it in position and I never said anything to her, I shouted her in for a drink later and that was when she saw the sideboard if there had been any flies about she would have caught them in her open mouth, she was speechless, so a big thank you to all the staff from the delivery men to all the helpful staff in the office, this is the 5th time we have bought from pine and oak and no doubt we will be back, so to pine and oak, thank you thank you thank you cheers john
