Went a few days ago for a mattress and a suite. Dont go anywhere else like DFS, SCS etc before you've been here. It's massive, there's no pressure selling, you're made to feel comfortable. Sooooo helpful. Just give your requirements and they go head over heels to assist. We also got next day delivery as we went on a Sunday and they deliver on mondays and thursdays. Price? Extremely reasonable obviously you can spend as much as you require. I cannot recommend more highly. Dave Glass and Janet. Xx
Tell you what... everybody needs to go to this shop it's full of great stuff and it's big inside. Loads of furniture loads of pictures loads of bedroom suites and rugs also lots of different mirrors.... go in have a look..
Amazing store with so much choice and friendly staff.
Bought a king size bed from Furniture World. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good range of prices. Choice of beds and mattresss from soft to firm. We chose a firm mattress and are very happy with the bed and mattress quality. Definitely recommend Furniture World.
The people in shop very polite and professional at 1a park road east, birkenhead, ch41 4bb,,,,,,,,nxt day delivery of 2 sofas,,,,,,delivery men scratched my hall wood block floor plus damaged my seal around front door!!!!! They didnt want to know so am having to get the door fixed and pay out myself,,,,,,,,,
Moving house and popped in with my wife to see what they had in the way of reclining sofas and armchairs. Impressed with the various products/materials on show and that can be ordered. 'Nicky' was very helpful and informative indeed, she enjoyed the demonstration of the electric recliners as much as I did! We will be back as soon as we have confirmed the measurements in our new bungalow!

Bit grubby looking but don't let it put you off. Went with partner today and purchased a mattress at less than we've found elsewhere. Awaiting delivery as it is being ordered in but otherwise the service we have recieved so far was good.
Great service and choice staff were very helpful good delivery lots of choice would highly recommend
