Library team always helpful and the focus of delivering good customer service is visible on even level. They get my support every time!
It is a good library with a good collection of books and they even have an amazon pick-up locker. The quiet study area is quite big; however, it is normally not quiet; so my only recommendation to the staff is to ask noisy people to be more considered to other people trying to concentrate.
Will be a good library without any rude staff
Children's library is a good size, light and airy, with an excellent selection of books, including plenty of non fiction suitable for young children.
The staff is very helpful and competent. The facilities are well kept and computers available for members. There is also a variety of community and educational events. It is nice to be able to have coffee, too, in the cafe, between browsing resources and studying.
I got to the library after finding I was missing a form for my visa interview. I was very stressed but the staff were so friendly and helped me to sign up and print it. Thanks to the lady on the desk I am allowed to go and study in USA. Can't thank them enough!
Good range of books and facilities but some staff are hostlie and hate kids that use the library
Limited selection of books, but has facilities such as computers, a study area and toilets as well as helpful staff.
