Pier One Night Spot is a lovely place to be for an amazing night life for sure but beware the protocols at the gate are quite tedious. But they have very uncultured bouncers that are very rude, they literally watched a guy harass me and pour drink on me and they supported him instead. It is a very stupid place and I do not recommend.

One of the worst clubs i have ever visited in London. Parking spaces are mostly reserved for people that are ready to tip club security on duty. If you park somewhere without the security notice, you will end up getting a parking fine. It does seems one of the security man works as a parking attendant. Club security / bouncers are extremely rude to guests. Even after club owner confirmed the pants i was wearing was good for the evening as it  was not a jogger , this security guy told me to my face that he would not allow me in on another night . The bouncers are all about what to get from you as a tip.  And another heads up -- Security in this club are very unprofessional , one of them once was chatting up my girlfriend right beside me there. Please avoid this club at all cost, a night out in here is a disaster and not worth the time at all. Although the owner is a well respected and reasonable person but i'm afraid the club's employee right from the head of security to the bouncers are all rude and very unprofessional, these are people you would think should be able to secure you for the night but they are more about chasing tips all through the night.

Definitely one of the best night clubs i have been too, the sound is insanely amazing. Always left wanting for another night out after i have been pier one. Customer are well thought for even on a busy night you’ll manage to get to the bar for a drink and kitchen for some amazing food best nyama-choima in the Europe as security does an amazing job to see this happening. Best management team who saw to it that me and my friends/colleagues, had an amazing preplanned fun party.  definitely a 5 Star  rating well deserved!!!

I’m so disappointed! Firstly last night was my first time coming to this club my friend a “white woman” suggested we should come as she has been before and said it was good, I travelled from Kent to come, for one of my friends to be turned down at the door because of the way she looks by a lady bouncer this is bullying at its finest! I would never expect that from another woman and who used the excuse that my friend was drunk when in acturl fact she hadn’t even said a word at the point so how would the lady bouncer even no she was drunk? Which she wasn’t! Any sane person could clearly see that? Further more my friend who recommended the club has turnt up completely intoxicated before apparently and no one said a word, the reason the LADY BOUNCER turn my WHITE friend away is because she didn’t like the looks of her implying she was UGLY she is a small petite woman who has reasons for the way she may look the way she does this is bullying! So do you discriminate on Looks? Is this your policy??? If she were to be disabled is that not aloud? I’m not even sure if race comes in to it, the woman thought my friend wasn’t up to the standers to enter the club plain and simple and then had the cheek to say me and my other friend could enter it’s funny as being a mixed race person myself to see another black person do that especially a WOMAN I am totally shocked Insure me all you want about all the rules and regulations lol, the woman bouncer Noe’s what she did init, if your a club that’s doesn’t discriminate on looks prove it? absolute joke black owned businesses just a rude as the white! Piss take and this is why the world will never be a nice place if this ain’t you standers then you need to educate your staff and make them follow the rules that you are clearly going to say you rule by! Shocking just shocking

Best African night club in London! Its always great fun with my friends. The music is LIT  the food tastes great and the staff are friendly. 10/10 I definitely recommend it!

Last night 09/10/2022 was disgusting. I have  been to this club since the age of 18 and nothing I can say has changed. Upon arrival me and my other 6 friends made it through security despite the rudeness received. We was simply debating whether or not to go inside based on pricing and one guy specificity a security guard I do not recall his name, I am sure he is in charge of the other security guards. He then told us to collect our belongs and move. So we moved. Then decided to be rude and swear so most of my friends retaliated back. He was specifically focused on our group not others which made me feel as if it is targeted. He then said that we need to move more away from the club as he owns this side of the road followed by a “If we don’t move he will get someone to move us” which I class as a threat. Several times I have been to this club and I have not took no further action, but today I will. I will be contacting the local Mp as this treatment is disgusting and other reviews are also supporting my reasoning of the security guards being rude. Wouldn’t recommend this club again.

Before I decided to go here I checked the reviews. I didn’t let the reviews put me off I wanted to judge for myself & the reviews where 100 per cent accurate. I was verbally  insulted and discriminated by security for no reason to make things worse he whispered it to me while I was minding my own business. This place needs to be investigated

Very bad experience with the security! I received a lot poor manners, a lot people complaining same thing and I got same impression today also, I wasn’t coming for a free drink why terrible gesture at the entrance

I been coming to this club for few years now, I invited 2 of my friends that haven’t been before and we all live in Kent so we drove all the way to be turned away because the security guards didn’t like the looks of one of my friend, because he didn’t fancy her or something and the lady security said the same she can’t come in after looking her up and down with a torch like she’s a bit of rubbish on her shoe, I’m disgusted and I will 100% not be coming to this club again, we are living in 2022 not the 60s what is happening! She embarrassed us all, said me and my other friend can come in but she ain’t, pointing at her! Like we’re just gonna leave her outside, because she didn’t like the looks of her she was wearing a dress full sleeves and her chest was covered so she can’t say she didn’t like her dressing, your staff is bullys! We will be taking this further, disappointing!

I had my birthday here and it was so awesome. Everyone is very kind and loving .l got the best Nyaama kyoma  . I would recommend this nightclub
