The Naval Club in Hill Street Mayfair is a very traditional members club, which I have had the pleasure of using occasionally as a reciprocal member of The Royal Scots Club Edinburgh since 1995. Very much a ‘Club’ atmosphere, some would say slightly austere. My room was spotless, well equipped lacking only an ensure bath/shower I got the last available room at very short notice. I had in practice exclusive use of a bathroom just two paces away in the corridor. The dining room is impressive and the “full English” breakfast is quite excellent. I have always had a warm welcome and the staff always friendly and helpful.
Brilliant location good service and excellent surroundings, plenty of impressive period features, grand dinning room serves good quality food at reasonable prices. Bedrooms clean and fresh if a little basic, however for the price and location the place is hard to beat.Cheap parking is a bonus within close proximity.
Lovely building, huge public rooms gorgeously decorated. Bar furnishings a little tired. Restaurant staff attentive and food of great quality.
Very quaint, place with beautiful decor on the ground floor, rooms are small to say the least. And exoensive. Breakfast was cold except toast.Staff very friendly and helpful.
Just superb. The food and service are always excellent, as is the location. Best of all, it is an oasis of calm away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
Went to lunch this week taken by a member, five of us in total. Very civilised, attentive staff and the food was delicious. Fascinating building.
Had a glorious stay in this classic and beautiful establishment. Lovely food, service and bed. Definitely recommended
Gentleman's/Military club in Mayfair clubland. One of the first London clubs to admit Ladies as members. Good quality menu and attentive staff.
Good food. Good room. Elevator for guests. Extremely polite and helpful staff
I visited the club as a guest & I was so impressed with the service, food, & ambiance I became a member.
