I have been to see Rosie for physio for a problem I had with my upper back, I was very impressed by her knowledge as a senior physio. She did a mixture of mobilisation body work on my spine and tapped my muscles which has relieved my pain and enabled me to turn my neck again. I am now doing the exercises she recommended which will help to strengthen my upper back muscle for prevention of further problems. I have found her to be really empowering and I now know what I need to do. I will also be attending her physio yoga as ongoing support. I cannot recommend her enough she is brilliant.
