I have had two operations on my spine and now I have reherniated again. I've been in discomfort and visited Jonathan. He was wonderful. He was positive about enabling me to exercise in the future, and saw a reason not to have surgery number three. The exercises I was given by the doctor was wrong and dangerous and I've now been given three new exercises and within two weeks have seen a massive improvement. My sciatica pain has almost gone away and now also need less tablets. If this is what he can do with one visit, for the first time I'm excited about the treatment course.
