Jay was at all times professional, courteous and caring. I went for my first physiotherapy session a couple of days after the plaster had been removed (I had broken my ankle and had had pins and plates put in). I was given exercises to do at home and when I go for my weekly sessions, I am assessed as to how the movement is progressing before taking up to the next step. I can't express how grateful I am for the treatment - it is coming up to six weeks now and, although there is a bit more work to do, my ankle is well on the way towards normal. I have been very religious about doing the exercises at home coupled with daily walking. The support and progress from Jay and the physiotherapy has been just priceless! I highly recommend Jay and the practise.

Jay's skill set is vast from, accupuncture to muscoskeletal manipulation i have benefited from a range of treatments to accelerate my treatment. His profesionalism and customer service are unparalleled. I would recommend to all who need help in relieving pain and returning their body back to fitness. Jas

Got referred from Bupa health care from a car accident and was excellent physio. Sessions were definitely helping back injury and Jay (physiotherapist) was a wonderful person very nice to speak to got I'm very well and genuinely felt like he cared for my injury and tailoring the session for me. 11/10 would recommend to anyone
