I had 6 physio sessions with Faiza where I was experiencing at a lot of pain at first. Faiza gave me exercises to do and administered treatments that have helped me make a full recovery! I am very grateful and recommend to anyone who is thinking about using them.
I attended this great organisation and was seen by Faiza . My pain is lot better and I am getting to do my day to day chores without pains. I would suggest that you employ more staffs like faiza, trust me she is very good at what she does!
Faiza was incredible throughout all of my sessions, I would highly recommend her and Physiobeats for any Physiotherapy related services

I have been going to My physio miss Faiza for 7 weeks and she had been excellent and very professional explaining how to do my exercises and monitoring my progress on my road to recovery I would highly recommend this Physio from physiobeats
Was provided by watermans solicitors. No help at all. Could only see me via whatsapp appointments. Never had a physical appointment for a back injury. Cost me over £1000 out of my claim. Medical expert came to the conclusion that I was fit to work 6 weeks after a car crash that still affects my back 2 years later. Appealed it and go nowhere. AVOID THIS PLACE!
I was referred to this service following a road traffic accident for muscular pains. My physiotherapist Shreya was thorough, kind and knowledgeable. She explained the exercises and the benefits of them to me clearly and simply. A real asset to the company. I would definitely recommend her.
I was refered by Third party insurer after there driver hit me, this company was awful, they barley did anything in my 6 appointments, 3 occasions just asked me how I was and then rebooked me again for another day when I said it’s. Not better, didn’t even look at me, other 3 occasions he massaged me 1 time and 2 occasions just put the lector pad machine on and left it for 20 mins and rebooked me again. Awful treatment service and won’t benefit any1. On my last appointment he kept telling me he will discharge me after next appointment even if it’s not fixed, I couldn’t make the appointment so they discharged me anyway and said I didn’t complete the treatments process just cause I couldn’t make 1 appointment. In response to ur reply today 06/04, the 1st appointment I did not make I did ring up before the appointment to say I can not make it and I was told that u would rearrange, if need be I will ring up my network provider and post a photo evidence of my call made to prove this is a lie and I did not fail to attend I made a call and told you I could not attend due to covid! Also the signature thing was just put in front of my face and told to sign to say I had attended, I was not told it was for anything else. Ur company is a complete joke, and you say I should have contacted u first, did u contact me before u discharged this case to ask me if we could resolve ? No! So why should I give u an opportunity to resolve. Out of ur 5 appointments 2 of them the guy just asked me how I was and let me go and rebooked me, complete waste of time and pointless, the 4th appointment he kept telling me he will discharge me regardless if I’m fixed or not, and then wen I came again he just said I’ll rebook u and sent me away in 5 mins
Been having physio with this company and sorted my problem. Friendly staff .. Faiza was my doctor Thank you....
