I went to Lole as a result of some procedures due to lumbar disc herniations. At first I was a little skeptical, but I'm glad I took this step. Only after the first session I was pleasantly surprised by her dedication to helping patients at all costs. So welcoming and at the same time very professional. The therapy sessions helped me a lot and her persistence to help me did everything. I recommend her with confidence.
Miss Rola is really amazing. I have my disc problem and I tried the others but I do not get any improvement for the last 5 months. When I started with her last month I have experience a lot of improvement. she is very professional and I wish her good luck and success.

I’ve been seeing Rola weekly since having spinal injections for a herniated L5-S1 disc. I’ve seen so many physios prior to this who have told me all different things and given many different treatments. Rola is without a doubt the best, by far. I finally have a clear understanding of my injury, as well as a clear course of treatment and management. I highly recommend Rola to anyone with similar issues.
Rola was my son's physiotherapist, who was diagnosed with kyphosis. She was very dedicated in preparing my son for his surgery, giving him sessions and exercises to enhance his muscle's flexibility and fitness for the surgery. She is highly professional and passionate , and I definitely go to her again for my son's in rehabilitation physiotherapy.
In November ‘21 I had a spinal surgery by Dr Mo Akmal. After recovery I was to see Dr Rola for guidance as part of my rehabilitation process. It was a wonderful experience to be guided by Dr Rola. She demonstrated each exercise so nicely - explaining effect of each exercise on the body. It was a very fruitful session. In the past I have met many physiotherapists for the arthritis of the knees - but none have them had explained things so nicely. She is really amazing. I could not have more meetings with her as I had to return to my home country, but I am already looking forward to see her very soon in future for more treatment and guidance. God bless her!
Rola has been amazing working with my 10 year old boy. Would highly recommend anyone looking for physio to use her
I am a 43 year old woman and I am very fortunate to have been under Rola excellent care for over 2 years now . She is very profesional from the start , highly knowledgable and would explain everything . She really guided me through some exercises , also used ultrasound to treat my problem areas . She is very passionate about what she does , which is an energy , as a patient you thive off of. I saw Rola after having my spinal injections and for my frozen shoulder . She is very reassuring, very kind , very helpful . Excellent treatment and great, personable manner . Super efficient , all my exercises program was emailed to me by the time I got back home. I would highly recommend this physiotherapist , she is excellent .
Rola is brilliant. She is knowledgeable, professional and clearly experienced. I have seen many physiotherapist throughout the years but Rola really is exceptional.
Very helpful! I came to Rolla with a painful arm. She explained and gave me relevant advice. She used ultra sound to treat my arm, which was not done by the NHS physio I was previously referred to for almost a year. The NHS physio just wanted to talk to me over the phone without actually seeing me. Rolla would check if I was exercising correctly and monitored my progress. My pain is now completely gone. She is approachable and professional. Thanks Rolla!
