A real experienced bunch of practitioners who don’t just click and crack away but use their knowledge to quickly identity and target the right areas to provide instant relief. I have seen both Marius and Ben and they have been able to help me with an ongoing issue and by adjusting me regularly it has helped me to gain great mobility back into my body.
We went to Notting Hill Chiropractic for my daughter’s back spine treatment. Best choice of my life. It was a peaceful and calm environment and the experience was amazing. I had the most revolutionary and profound experience in working with Ben from start to finish of our 6 week intensive together. I came in with horrible trigger points in my neck and scap area, which reverberated into my head and face, causing serious pain that would linger at times for days. Ben smartly assessed the need for strength in the upper to mid back area as the other muscles were in a constant state of overcompensation. Our sessions comprised of much needed therapeutic adjustment and soft tissue release combined with gym like training with bodyweight, bands and light weights to ensure the strength in my weak areas was built. Ben's years of knowledge as a PT and work with dry needling and other modalities further supplement his ability to properly diagnose the type of treatment and movements that were fitting for my condition. In just two sessions, I walked away feeling more "pulled back" in my posture and pain free, but more importantly, empowered that I was in control of my body's ability to overcome what I thought was a debilitating state and sought countless providers wasting thousands who did not address the issue correctly. Ben also assessed my mobility and balance, and aptly created a training program after my sessions ended so I could essentially integrate the training into my life. I honestly can say Ben's "healing hands", training protocol and chiropractic adjustments brought me back to vitality and I can't thank him enough for all of the knowledge he provided to me to learn and benefit from the treatment.
I was recommended to Notting Hill Chiropractic by a family member who said they significantly improved their back issues. I started seeing Dr Ben Searle Baker in January - and am so glad I did! In addition to treating things in an immediate manner, the exercises Ben has given me to practise in my own time are helping to strengthen any areas of weakness that might be causing pain. I’ve already noticed significant reduction in everyday aches especially in my back and neck, as well as improvement in sleep, posture and even the way I walk. Ben’s explanation of treatment is thorough and sensitive and I always feel in safe hands, with adjustments made at a pace that’s right for me and a treatment plan that is helping me to be my strongest self. I have been seeing Marius for treatments for the past 3 weeks for a pain in my neck, back and lower back. I was not much of a believer of having adjustments etc... as I did not think that they really work. However I decided to give it a go and found myself at the footsteps of Notting Hill Chiropractic. In the short space of three weeks I have felt a huge difference in my overall posture and well-being. Marius has give me a number of adjustments and although I do not profess to be cured I can however feel a significant difference. I am still a patient and he is still working his magic on my back, however i would recommend him to anyone that is looking in to this.
I can highly recommend Notting Hill Chiropractic. Dr Jensen is extremely professional and has a very holistic long-term approach that has helped me with my Climbing career time and time again. I always had major knee issues coming off a mountain on big expeditions in the Himalayas, and a few cortisone shots later with no results I decided to visit Notting Hill Chiropractic. My knee was never the problem, it was my hip. I was introduced to the Jensen method, in parallel with a detailed correction/rehabilitation program treating the root cause. It was hard work, and it paid off. It has given me a completely new lease of life on the hill which I will always be grateful for. Thank you so much Dr Jensen and team.
Marius is a top specialist. I came with chronic back pain and after three sessions, it felt considerably better. Sessions are always fun, productive and my overall fitness and muscle tone took another level. Very much recommended!
The chiropractor here is amazing. He treated me at his previous locations at Kensington High Street and Bishops Bridge Road as well as his current location at 103 Westbourne Park Villas. I highly recommend this chiropractor to people of all ages. Dr. Marius Jensen is the best chiropractor in London. I am thankful for his manual adjustments which work really well for me.
