I am extremely happy to say that chiropractor Ida is the best chiropractor in London. I have been seeing her for several months now and the improvement in my spinal health is remarkable. I’ve been seeing Ida for over 2 years now - I came to her with trapped nerves in my shoulder and shoulder blade and very bad posture and having tried every kind of massage it was Ida who set me right!! She’s improved my posture no end. I now see her about 4-6 times a year for up keep and her help has improved my yoga practice, gym progress and helped with headaches too. Cannot recommend her highly enough - her knowledge of the body blows my mind. If I have a weird twinge in the elbow or am getting tension headaches for example, she immediately can identify where it is coming from and then “course correct”. She is a pro!!!
Full disclosure - I am a chiropractor on the South coast. When in London Ida is my chiropractor and I recommend her to my patients if they need someone in the City. Out of all the types of treatments one can receive for musculoskeletal pain, chiropractic care has always yielded the best results for me. This is where Ida Norgaard best chiropractor in London, comes in. With her precise and confident manipulations, she has effectively helped me with various pains resulting from sports practices. In addition to her treatment, she is also able to provide helpful advice on how to strengthen my structure to maintain the effects of the treatment and avoid future injuries. I trust her completely and strongly recommend her services!.
I found myself at a loss over the summer - intense lower back pain, which left me unable to stand, sit, walk or lie down without the most excruciating pain... each session with Ida relieved the pain and offered some temporary relief, while her advice around posture has helped the pain disappear altogether and its yet to return. She is attentive, knowledgable and caring and I couldn't recommend her highly enough.
I recently had my first appointment at London chiropractor with Ida Norgaard and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care I received. Ida was attentive and did a great job. I felt I was given a treatment plan specific to my sciatica and shoulder problems.I definitely will be returning to inc Health Clinic in London.

The first time I met Ida, it took her 5 minutes to fix my back, after countless physio and osteo sessions that never changed anything. In a few impressive, but wonderful, cracks she completely releases whatever is stuck and makes you feel 10y younger instantly. Very skilled and highly recommended!!
