The Centre Fulham chiropractic are such welcoming, super efficient and lovely people . I would recommend the practice to everyone. I went to see dr Richard , he make me feel so calm and he assure me that I m in good hands . He helped with my neck pain. I found this deal with groupon , and I m glad I found my chiropractor for the future
These lot are incredible, if you've suffered with injuries or pains then I would recommend booking a visit. For nearly ten years I have worked sitting down for most of the waking day and suffered from numerous injuries during my amateur football days. Living with pain was normal for me. Finally after a few weeks of constant neck pain and sleepless nights, my girlfriend booked me a visit after a colleague recommended them. I'll be honest I don't like strangers touching me and was super nervous but they were so chilled and friendly. After 3 weeks I can stand straight without pain, I came from a visit today and I can finally look down without pain. Richard identified that I have a shorter right leg and worked on my hip joints, already I can feel the difference, less tension from my body having to compensate. The first cracking or correction I had not sure the official name of it from Erkan relieved all this stress and pressure on my spine, It felt amazing. The sports therapists are really helpful and show you exercises you can do at home and are happy to answer questions. I would say if you're willing to change your bad habits then this is the best place to go and if not, then they can at least reduce the pain caused by your routines. Honestly! Thank you to all at the Centre. I have a few more weeks of visits booked unfortunately moving further away soon and super gutted that I won't be able to make it to more visits.
I first found the Centre via groupon in Jan 2021 after suffering with lower back pain for years. I didn’t have much hope that the two appointments would be able to help but after the first adjustment, my back pain significantly decreased. The second appointment alleviated the pain altogether! I then didn’t return for several months as I was pregnant. At 39 weeks, I did something to my back and could barely walk. I emailed the team and they rang back and organised an appointment the same day. Richard was able to help a very pregnant lady out and I could hobble away in less pain than I arrived in. I have been coming to see Richard once a month since giving birth, often with different niggles and complaints. I was very sceptical of the price increase £45 to £60 is a big difference! but have had two of the new style appointments manual adjustments with soft tissue work and feel it is worth every penny. The team really look after you and today, Richard was even able to identify that I had been having headaches without me saying so, and seemingly ‘fix’ them with a few clicks. Not to mention the wonderful reception team who always greet you by name and help out when your baby screams like a pterodactyl while you are being treated. Can’t recommend highly enough! Annie
After the second vaccine I experienced daily headaches that weren’t going away. A neurologist had said the only solution was to go on antidepressants. I cannot thank The Centre enough for helping me from my second appointment my headaches disappeared alongside some anxiety I had built up from the experience. I highly recommend this company and the staff here are lovely. Thank you! I’m so very grateful.
I've seen Richard for multiple problems and most of the times he made my pain go away I left a review previously - I 100% recommend him. I thought I had found a chiro to stick with but unfortunately I have been proven wrong. After a few months of break, I called to book an appointment only to find out that even with insurance, I would have to make a co-payment of £20 because "the insurance policy has changed". Moreover, from June they will no longer accept insurance and I would have to pay the £60 per session out of pocket. I was like... wait a minute, it used to be £40 per session, so the actual reason why I have to co-pay the £20 is NOT because insurance policies have changed, but simply because you have increased your fee by £20. The receptionist not Ola started babbling and explaining that it's because inflation inflation is 7%, price increase is 33%?! and that there is some extra deep tissue massage included... --> It's your business and you are free to increase prices, but be clear about it and don't try to mislead customers. Also, I receive at least 2 emails per week, wouldn't hurt to mention important bits of info like these. A disappointed ex-customer.
Brilliant service! Saw me at short notice following a sports injury leading to low back pain. Staff very friendly. Provided me with care to reduce pain initially and a long term rehab plan. Andy has been great!
I had a Groupon for a couple chiropractor sessions. Receptionist was great, super friendly and I saw Phillipo who was also really great and helped me with my shoulder problem although I don’t think he works there anymore. I was super impressed and decided to pay privately for a few extra sessions with Phillipo, it helped a lot. A few weeks later my mum then started to experience some neck pain so I paid privately for her to have an appointment with the head of the practice, it was here where the problem started. It was an extremely rushed appointment, very painful in areas my mother said, which is fine but it’s good to check in with the patient. My mother mentioned that I had recommended her as I had been to visit the centre before for chiropractor sessions, in which his response was to rudely say ‘yes she did with a Groupon voucher.’ He then rushed off back outside the practice, running down the street for something straight after the appointment, leaving her to exit and sort out the next details with receptionist. Safe to say she didn’t want another appointment with him. There’s no need to be impolite about people who have previously used a voucher, if you don’t like it don’t advertise yourself on the website, especially as we had both also been paying customers and were both looking to find long term chiropractors. It’s a shame because I enjoyed my experience but this made me feel embarrassed and not welcomed by the practice.
I have been treated by Rob now for about 15-16 years. He has been a Godsend when I have been in serious pain, whether it was my back, my shoulder or my neck. I also had some treatment for my Foot drop at the centre, needling etc.The fact that you can also have an X-ray at the practice. is a huge bonus. I have nothing but great praises for this clinic. I have recommended Rob and his partner and other sport therapists to all my friends...I mustn't forget about the lovely receptionist who always has a smile on her face and is really friendly and fun..Their new location on Fulham rd is fantastic.
I went when this was just ML Chiropractic, before it had merged with the Fulham Clinic. The staff are always super polite and friendly and you feel comfortable in the waiting area. The chiropractors are very skilled and know what they are doing. I have scoliosis and although I did not personally achieve maximum benefit because I refused to do exercise as recommended, the chiropractors had a wealth of knowledge that they shared with me to try and improve my condition. I cannot fault them at all.
I love the team at 'The Centre'. Rob and Richard really know their stuff. I have known Rob for many years and has always worked with me and really listened. I would consider him a chiropractor who really understands the 'whole' of the problems I bring to the table literally. I would like to think of all the group as friends from the reception to the wider team. Always greeted with a smile and with familiarity that just makes you want to go back. And more importantly they have managed to keep me standing/sitting/sleeping/working/exercising and without pain for over ten years! For that I send a big Thank you :
