Chris Pinches is a fabulous physiotherapist whose advice and treatment has transformed my mobility. I have recently had knee revision and a knee replacement and my sessions with Chris have greatly aided my recovery. I was recommended to Lisa for my lower back pain. She gave me treatment like acupuncture and massage which were really helpful. Plus the exercises she taught me to do on a daily base significantly reduced the uncomfortableness. Lisa was so nice and I felt like I was treated like a friend more than a patient. In general, the service was really and I highly recommend this place for physiotherapy.
About 4 weeks before I was due to attempt a solo swim of the English Channel I started experiencing pain in my left arm and shoulder. It was painful to hold a dinner plate, and not just because I was having quite big portions. I stopped training completely and decided to see if massage would help. Fortunately, I made an appointment with Tatjana. We talked about my symptoms and my plans. Over the next two weeks Tatjana brought her remarkable skills to bear, loosening my shoulder and arm so that I was able to swim for the 15 hours 40 minutes it took me to reach France. I had been really worried that I would not be able to start the swim. I am confident that Tatjana was one of the reasons I was able to complete it. Thanks again. A.
Booked sports massage on very short notice as visiting from out of town. Saw Kal who pinpointed the issue and gave me instant relief, allowing me to attend an event I'd travelled down for without the need for my mobility aids.
I was recommended to Camilla by a sports injury surgeon after tearing my shoulder in two places doing aerial hoop. I had spent two years waking up in pain and constantly re injuring myself. I had resigned myself to never doing hoop again and the surgeon who directed me to Camilla said it would be unlikely I’d get back to hoop without surgery but if anyone could do it, Camilla could. Camilla used a combination of physio, acupuncture and massage and gave me strength building exercises to do daily. She would take photos and send them to me to help me when I was at home. I think I attended around 5 sessions and although the scale of the injury means I’ll always be a bit wonky, I am pain free and back on the hoop. This would not have happened without Camilla. Cannot honestly recommend her more for shoulder injuries.
I feel very lucky that I was recommended this clinic and Cathy by my shoulder surgeon after I dislocated. Every appointment has been nothing but fantastic. I really can not recommend Cathy more. The sessions are efficient, structured and most importantly compassionate. Every session I leave feeling energised and that I have accomplished more and know how to safely and effectively rehab myself till my next appointment. You will always feel like you are moving in the direction of your goals. As my appointments are drawing to a conclusion I feel even more excited for the future, knowing I will be able to go back to my job, stronger then I was before I even injured myself. However, most importantly I trust my physio. Thank you!
I’ve been with the St. John’s wood clinic for over two years and they have been amazing, truly! I’ve recently had to change locations for one of my treatments to Chancery Lane clinic and it’s been just awful! Once I missed my appointment because I over slept as my baby didn’t sleep the entire night and I was up all night with her and the other time I rushed her to the hospital because she wasn’t breathing well. Of course for the first one, I paid a fee for missing the appointment, but when it’s an emergency like this I don’t think I need to pay and I didn’t. But the next day when I called to reschedule mind you, I’ve only been there once the receptionist decided that from now on they need to take payment from me in advance. So now, I was classified by them as if I’m a second class person who’s being treated there. Truly shameful!! Especially coming from a woman. What would you do? Not take your baby to the hospital just to make it on time to your appointment?!? I will finish what I’ve already paid for and never again will I ever come to that specific clinic. Shame on you!
I visited Tatjana after a long stint on a massive project with locked shoulders and a twisted ankle. Her brilliant method of pain free massage has worked wonders and she is really a gifted therapist. She gave me lots of actionable advice for post-session recovery and I look forward to visiting her again. Highly recommended
I had been searching for hydrotherapy in London 4 months after a Total Knee Replacement and they are not easy to find but I found the one at Central Health Physiotherapy, Royal Hospital Chelsea. I was keen to find out if I was ready to go back to aqua aerobic classes. Jack Watson was brilliant and took me through some exercises as I really wanted to attempt something aerobic. I had a great workout and I now feel confident that I am ready with the guidance, advice and encouragement he gave me. Highly recommend them.
As many remote workers, I suffer from severe back pain caused by too many hours in front of the computer without proper rest and stretching routines. I visited CHP after seeing some of the reviews about Tatjana and the results are great. She is excellent as a sport massage therapist and always gives golden tips to stay healthy and improve mobility. 100% recommended
