Tobias is an excellent physio. He is extremely professional and very knowledgable, whilst being friendly and welcoming. His warmth and knowledge encourages you to immediately relax, knowing you are in safe hands. After assessing my injury, and how my whole body experienced the weaknesses caused from my injury, Tobias was very reassuring. He made the exercises fun and enjoyable, whilst moderating them for my level of ability. I cannot recommend Tobias highly enough, and am delighted to have found a physio I trust. Thank you Tobias for making my recovery so enjoyable and speedy!

I visited Tobias following a recommendation from a private knee specialist after many months of bilateral knee pain that NHS physiotherapy and other interventions had failed to fix. He is totally committed to his client's goals and his conscientious approach to your injury and lifestyle will leave no stone unturned in finding the solution. Tobias is also a really nice guy, which makes the discomfort much easier to bare!

I have been to see Tobias twice now and both times I have left feeling very happy with the treatment I had received, plus feeling confident that my injuries would improve. Tobias is a friendly and welcoming physio who likes to sit down and get to know the client before jumping straight in at the deep end. His interests in myself as an athlete were genuine and I felt like he was taking in everything I was saying so he could get the best and most quickest solution to the problem as possible. Tobias was able to diagnose my calf problem very quickly and put me at ease by telling me it was not a stress fracture! Treatment provided ranged from a massage, exercises and efficient stretching to prevent the problem from worsening. His knowledge coming from a running background helped a lot as we were able to share similar injuries and interests with one another and get down to the problem much faster. There was also no pressure on coming back for another appointment/s with the focus being solely on myself getting better and stronger in my sport. Would highly recommend Tobias to anyone who has problems from aches and pains to more serious injuries at an affordable price.

I contacted Tobias after having a neck problem with spasms causing pain following an overstretch during a gym workout. From the initial email to meeting Tobias and receiving treatment, the whole process made me feel comfortable and confident that I was receiving a quality service. I was provided with advise on home exercises to continue my recovery without the pressure of further appointments. I would totally recommend Tobias and this clinic.

Tobias has helped me on a number of occasions to recover from injury and improve my running technique. Tobias has an excellent, broad knowledge of the area and related issues. It's good to work with someone who is himself a class athlete and practices what he preaches. I have found it especially helpful that Tobias is genuinely concerned to achieve successful outcomes, often following-up sessions with advice and help.
