Having tried many different therapies and therapists over the years I almost lost hope. I was hesitant to try another. I looked at Jamie's website, initially dismissing it as too expensive. However my physical condition forced my hand. Well I can honestly say it has been a revelation , he really helped me with my injuries, a very knowledgeable guy. It has been worth every penny. I can't recommend him highly enough!!!

Specialises in baby chiropractor, the doctor herself was super friendly and smiley. She's got a flair with babies. Very pleasant experience.

On 22nd April 2018 I completed the London Marathon employing all the management techniques Mark Gilmore had provided me with. Without Mark's excellent advice and approach to my issues I would never have got to the start line let alone the finish line and cannot recommend him highly enough. My approach to sporting things as well as the way I think and move generally is massively improved thanks to Mark.

Mark has been very patient with me and showed me how to look after my body as i'm growing. He has shown me how to re align myself to help calm my stressed knee. I feel more confident in my abilities now when playing sport and know how to adjust my well being to suit how i'm feeling. Mark gives a fantastic holistic approach, along with hands on practical advice that i know will work for me. He is a fantastic listener, very understanding and really knows his field.

My son had been experiencing knee pain for over a year, the hospital diagnosed him with something that he will have to live with for the rest of his life. We were feeling very down about it when we first came to see Mark, as my son is passionate about sport and the thought of living with the pain and not playing sport was devastating. However, Mark has been amazing and remarkably since starting physio the pain has gone! We can't quite believe it but all the exercises and advice Mark has given us has really helped and will help long term too, as my son now understands his body more and the way it is all interlinked. Mark has a kind and gentle manner and has been so positive, he really does look at everything holistically and we can't recommend him enough.
