I have been lucky to have Judy as my personal physiotherapist for many years. I have had many sports injuries over the years particularly from skiing which seems to have done the most damage. I have had some knee operations as a result and Judy has been there to help with rehabilitation and continuous necessary therapy. She also helped with neck and shoulder injuries. I rely on her professional informed advice and physio to get me back on track. She is keenly interested in her profession and I know will have the latest "Tools of the Trade" and information on hand to help with therapy and full recovery. She encourages self help and has useful advice and ideas to keep me motivated as I can be a bit lazy in this regard. I also enjoy her company and hearing about her own sporting activities and travel adventures. So overall , if you are looking for a consummate professional who knows her stuff and want to be treated in a very pleasant setting, then arrange an appointment. I have recommended so many people to her over the years and they have all been impressed and continued to use her when needed. They may not have written reviews as she never asks them to as she is so not a sales person ! So I am mentioning this on their behalf.
Judy is the best physio I have ever had and as a result I have now used her services exclusively over a 20 year period. Sadly I am prone to injury, particularly as a runner; ankle, knee and sometimes back injuries and pain. Judy always solves the issue and has me back fighting fit in jig time. She also has a holistic approach and encourages good general health maintenance to help prevent injury. Her own dedication to sport and activities keep me motivated and in cases add a layer of empathy. Finally the surroundings in themselves are helpful as it is a beautiful, calm treatment room overlooking a splendid garden. So book her and you won't look back.
