This shop was very thorough with phones and Ali was exceptional with helping me choose a phone. His knowledge was superb and nothing was too trouble for him. I would highly recommend this shop.

This was the only place that I could find after phoning lots of others that had my Samsung S20 screen in stock, and could fix it the same day. Even more impressive given it was a Sunday afternoon! The whole repair was done in just 45 minutes.
Terrible customer service. I got a phone screen “repaired” here and within a week it broke in the same way, no fault of my own. I called them and they said to come in I live in Portsmouth/work full time and has to take a train half an hour… and when I just asked them to fix the same issue under their 28 day warranty they told me this was my fault and I broke it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. A bunch of scam artists who just want your money and refuse to fix the issue they were paid to fix.
I visited this shop to fix the screen of my iPhone 11 pro and quite frankly they did an outstanding job. The customer service was phenomenal and I will most definitely be returning! Would 100% recommend this shop to anyone who needs repairs on their electronic devices or accessories for them.
Really good service from these guys today! My phone camera stopped working and pictures were out of focus. I had to do without my phone for 25 hours but it came back fixed, cleaned and a new screen protector, all for £38. Polite and friendly, would definitely recommend
******SCAMMERS DONT USE!!!****** Had my iPhone 11 max pro screen fixed Saturday was given one price of £130 then after a very quick glance at my phone no it’s £160 cash!! He also slatted all the other phone repair shops in Eastleigh saying there screens are cheap and his were very good I Agreed and within 30 minutes it was done getting it back over the weekend the screen quality is terrible colour/contrast against other iPhones compared against!! I have tried to get in contact with the store after numerous attempts I go through to someone who just fobbed me off!! Please avoid these guys at the phone gadget 4 u
Great service and very helpful, my wife broke her phone screen. Didn't know what to do. Guy in shop was honest as offered to get it repaired. Instead of buying another phone. Very pleased with service . Thank you.
Do not use paid £260 to get my screen repaired and ended up getting barely any signal anywhere after the repair I had to stand in my garden to make a phone call and sometimes took hours for my texts to come through because my signal was so bad. I took my phone back to the shop to the guy where he started getting all defensive telling me that "everything in this shop if done properly" and "you probably dropped it" told me to call Vodafone because it's nothing to do within him, he called a number on my phone and told me that it still worked even though the problem was bad signal and I could still only just make phone calls. Took it to Vodafone like he said and after a new SIM card and account reset they told me it was a problem with my device. There was no problem with my signal before I brought the phone there as it wasn't dropped before it had any problems with the signal because the screen broke in my pocket after being cracked down the middle, there was gaps between the phone housing and the rear glass/ screen and for some reason there I had a completely different IMEI number printed on the back of the phone so the rear glass must've been taken off of an old device... Avoid at all costs your phone will be fixed to a poor standard and if there's something wrong with it he will start raising his voice and you and saying it's your fault it's broken
