I went into the store to take a new contract and Joshua was very helpful and explained everything very well and made the whole process nice and smoothly!
The only guy who is caring there, is the handsome gentleman with glasses. The rest behave officially and do their best not to get involved in your problem, and do nothing. Unfortunately, my wife and I left Three, but I am giving this shop 5 stars because of that gentleman!

Had a very disappointing experience at Three Southampton yesterday. After not having access to a SIM card for almost a month now following 2 failed SIM replacement delivery fails I tried to visit the store on behalf of my father the account holder, who due mobility issues couldn’t come in person. Despite having my ID, the customer service representative, Em Emily refused to serve me. She expressed little interest in my situation, with a rude, apathetic attitude. She couldn’t give me any guidance on how to resolve the issue other than ‘go online, I can’t help you sorry’. When I mentioned that I was disappointed and would be considering a different network provider she said ‘go ahead’ I was actually shocked by lack of effort to retain a 5 year + loyal customer. Update: I managed to resolve the issue by getting an E-SIM with a live chat representative who was far more competent and friendly.
Very kind, helpful and professional employees. I visited this store a few years ago because I needed a broadband. They provided me with useful advice about offers. Consequently, I decided to sign a contract for a mobile broadband. Unfortunately, I had to cancel it within 14 days because Three network had poor coverage in the area where I lived. They also helped me with the return. As a result, I did not incur any charges.
Yesterday, I went there to receive help regarding the bad service I am facing on my phone in terms of the Internet, the connection is down, and there is a problem if I want to log in to their site. I was surprised when I arrived that none of the employees were there except for one person who was speaking rudely to me and saying there is no one here to help you. Stay here and wait. I was shocked by the way they deal with customers and how a company like this does not have the basics of respect for customers and they do not have respectful employees. I regret that I spent a long time with them and I will move to another subscription company that knows how to respect its customers.
