AVIOD THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS, took my phone in for new screen, Samsung A7, costing £90, phone went dead plus ear piece was broken after they apparently sorted phone.Took phone back, refused refund, saying I broke screen, Unhelpful staff with shocking customer attitude
Avoid at all costs gave this person my phone to fix and he broke it even more than it was already broke. Wouldn't give me money back or try fix it. And there was also a very horrible lanuaged man behind the counter who swore at a child when I was there. Scum bags had to take my phone to another shop.
I would give them less that one star if I can. Very poor and rude customer service. Took the phone with no receipt giving and returned it with missing pieces. I won't recommend. I don't recommend and don't waste your time/money.
CHEAPEST IN TOWN. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
