I had a bad experience with this shop when I took in my laptop, which had liquid damage, for repair. After asking the shop if they can perform the repair they said yes, which at the end I found was not true. 1. The shop accepted my laptop in mid-February and returned it a month later without performing any repairs. They also removed additional components from the motherboard, making the situation worse. 2. The initial repair time quoted was one week. However, the shop repeatedly misled me, claiming my laptop was being fixed when it wasn’t. If I had known it would take so long, I would have taken it elsewhere. 3. Communication about the repair progress was almost non-existent. I only received updates after persistently calling them, and even then, they spoke to me in a demeaning manner. 4. The staff consistently treated me as if I were clueless and didn’t understand the situation. 5. Despite handing over my laptop in a working condition, they returned it in worse shape than before and quoted an even higher price to attempt another repair. I would not recommend this shop to anyone based on my experience.
Certainly! Here’s a short review recommending ReviveLab in Buchanan Galleries: --- I had an amazing experience at ReviveLab in Buchanan Galleries! They fixed my phone for free because of a friendly joke i made, which was incredibly generous. The staff are not just only friendly but also highly skilled at repairing all types of phones. Their excellent time management means you won't be kept waiting long. I highly recommend ReviveLab for any phone repair needs!
I was in a bad place when I bought EE cards at the airport. Nothing was working on what I was told was an unlocked phone. Low and behold if the the wonderful tech took his presious time and helped me. He also charged my phone while I waited. It was a 1% and ready to die. He was amazing . I saw others come and go and they were very happy for the help they received. They sit in a small booth right under the escalator in the Buchanan Gallery Mall. Easy to find if you look at where empty space would normally sit under a stairs case. What a place and surprised no charge for the help. I threatened to kiss the man, but I refrained, I'm sure he was thankful for that. Lol!!! They know what they are doing there for sure. What prices I heard as I stood there were very good for all the services they provided. Which were quite a few good and necessary ones for people in a jam like I was. My phone works great now, and that was 3 days without any service in a foreign country. No fun AT ALL!!! Thank you, Revive Lab, for the Employee of the Century for me!!!
Came to Revive Lab last week after having a battery replacement done on an iPhone at a local repair shop and then the phone not charging. I had also visited the Apple store to see if they could repair but they were unable to do anything for the phone. From the first moment of speaking to Revive Lab I had confidence that they knew what they were doing and was happy to leave the phone with them for diagnosis and repair, they explained the upfront cost and any possible other costs. They phoned me when the phone was repaired and ready for collection, total time that they had the phone was only about 2 hours. On collection they explained what the issues with the phone had been and also give me the old battery so that I could take it back to the original repair shop. They couldn't have been anymore helpful or efficient and I had a very relieved daughter when she heard her phone was working again. Huge thanks to Revive Lab, I would completely recommend them and I will definitely use them in the future if I have any other phone issues. Thank you!
Booked online late on Saturday night and secured first appointment following day. Clear information when booking and when dropping off on the day. Phone was ready when told it would be. Guy in the kiosk was helpful and friendly. Would use again
I hit up Revive Lab in Glasgow to sort my phone battery and fix my laptop speaker, and they smashed it! The staff were pure sound and knew their stuff, so I felt dead confident leaving my gear with them. They swapped out my phone battery in no time, and it’s been running like a dream. The laptop speaker was a trickier job, but they kept me in the loop and had it sorted quick. The quality of their work is top-notch, and they use proper parts, which is class. The prices were fair and upfront – no hidden surprises. They gave me a clear quote before they started, so I knew what I was in for. Revive Lab is fast, professional, and the customer service is spot on. Totally recommend them if you need any repairs done!
Absolutely top tier experience with Revive Lab fixing my Xperia 1 iv. Though they didn't have hardware in to replace my broken screen they confirmed the part when I ordered it myself off ebay. They very quickly, and with great communication and competence, replaced the screen despite not having done this model before. It's as good as new with only 2 hours labour.
Service was professional except for not completing the work at the time discussed with the first person I talked to when I submitted my phone. Would recommend anyone who comes here to assume "will be done latest tomorrow midday" is "anytime".
